Immigration Legal Services Program

Immigration Legal Services focuses on providing quality direct legal services to low-income immigrants and their families. Through our services, we aim to strengthen individuals and families through family reunification and to advance clients’ sense of security and well-being through the attainment of legal status.

Our Eligibility Requirements

Our services are available to individuals with verifiable low income. We are unable to assist individuals who are currently detained or in removal proceedings, as well as individuals who have been convicted of criminal offenses.

Any individual who does not meet the above requirements or who requests assistance that is outside our scope of services will be given a referral list of local immigration attorneys.
