His work spans organizations at every stage—from early‑stage teams finding structure to mature companies restructuring operations and scaling profitably.

He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law, a business degree with minors in Finance, Management, and Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University, and advanced training in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Earlier in his career, Tim led and scaled high‑volume, compliance‑driven operations across financial services, insurance, and legal collections. He has personally rebuilt policies, procedures, and billing systems; managed P&L accountability; and scaled organizations from teams of fewer than 10 to operations exceeding 80 employees and tens of millions in annual revenue. His work has included managing nationwide compliance programs, implementing technology‑enabled workflows, and leading delinquency, billing, and recovery operations at scale.
Tim is widely recognized for his ability to diagnose why businesses struggle to get paid—and how to fix it. Over the course of his career, he has helped recover more than $1 billion in outstanding receivables, reduced delinquency rates to below 2%, converted negative cash flow operations into consistently profitable enterprises, and implemented compliance and control frameworks that reduced operational errors by up to 98%. His results are grounded not in theory, but in execution.

For more than 25 years, Tim has coached youth sports including football, baseball, soccer, and basketball, impacting generations of athletes through instruction, discipline, and leadership development. In addition to coaching, Tim founded a youth basketball foundation and has served as Director of Coaching and Training, where he developed structured programs focused on skill development, mentorship, and positive community engagement. His leadership has helped create safe, organized environments where young athletes can grow, compete, and learn life skills that extend far beyond the game.
Throughout the years, Tim has also organized and led numerous community initiatives, coordinating fundraising efforts, food drives, and the collection of essential supplies for local charities and families in need.
